Our Services
Contract Placements - The staff at JRI has been meeting technical staffing needs for years. Our candidates' skill levels are varied and diverse. The length of contract placements can range from short-term to extended placements lasting the entire duration of a project. Whatever your contract staffing needs are, we can accommodate you.
Direct Placements - JRI is a licensed personnel placement agency. The same technical and Engineering talent provided on contract can also be provided on a guaranteed basis for direct placements. Emphasis is placed upon obtaining an accurate, concise job description so that we can match the best possible candidate to your company. A copy of the fee schedule and placement guarantee are available upon request.
Contract to Direct Placements - If you find yourself in a situation between a contract and direct need, this may be the service for you. In this instance, a candidate is placed with you on contract for a pre-determined amount of time (usually 90 working days). After the probationary period has passed, you may hire the employee as a direct placement with no additional cost or fees. This service allows you to "try out" the candidate before making a direct offer.
Payroll Placements -This program offers many creative opportunities. This service allows you to hire candidates you find on a "contract to direct hire" basis. Or you may bring back valued employees who have retired. JRI will place your candidates on our payroll for a specific length of time or indefinitely. We offer discounted, (non-recruiting) rates for this service.
